Happiness Hour for Women. On Zoom. 

Held on Zoom, these weekly one-hour group sessions focus on tools to help you be happier and healthier. The next series begins February 13, 2025. 11:00 AM to NOON Pacific Standard Time.

1-1 Laser Coaching Sessions

These are 30 or 60 minute phone sessions to resolve situations that need immediate attention. Typical topics include: Coping with difficult people, getting more done in less time, eliminating negative thinking, overcoming sleeplessness, and managing stressful situations.

Happiness Getaway Women's Retreat on Zoom

Join me and my sister Karin Zarin to reflect, recharge, and reset in the comfort of your own home. Our 4-hour 1-day quarterly online retreats are generally held in April, July, and October, and include meditation, movement, journaling, discussion and more. We also host annual in-person retreats.
