About the Authors
.Jan Fishler and L. (Elle) Gianforte are the coauthors of Don’t Stop Now: Making the Most of the Rest of Your Life and 52 Ways to be Happy: from the inside out.
Jan is the author of Searching for Jane, Finding Myself (An Adoption Memoir), and has written articles on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for Vietnow National Magazine. She is also the producer of “The Path to Publication” DVD series featuring well-known authors Amy Tan, Anne Lamott, and Janet Fitch, among others. During the pandemic, Jan became a certified happiness coach.
Elle is an award-winning writer with experience in both marketing and publishing. As a collaborative author and developmental editor, she has written books that span a diversity of arenas, including lifestyle, fashion and design, adoption, self-help, memoir, and cooking. Her first children’s book, The Ladybugs’ Adventure: A Read-to-Me Book of Numbers, was published in 2023.
In 2003, Jan and Elle met in the middle of the street while walking their Golden Retrievers and have been friends ever since.
