Writing Prompt: Is Travel Important?

By Janfishler Leave a Comment

November Writing Prompts

This month I’m going to India. It’s a tour with 30 others from around the U.S. and Canada. The itinerary is full of tourist stops and sightseeing, and we will be covering a lot of ground in a very short time (2 weeks). In preparation for the tour I’ve been thinking about topics (in addition to a daily log of meals and activities) that would be interesting to write about—whether you’re traveling halfway around the world or going on a weekend adventure. So, this month’s prompts are designed to encourage you to notice the people, places, and things near and far.

November 1 Writing Prompt: Is Travel Important?

Is travel important to you? Did your family travel when you were a child? Where did you go? If you didn’t travel as a child, where did you want to go?
